Shizuku Hutaba knows that as you get older you should take care of yourself and your body watching what you eat and making sure you exercise. Shizuku likes to go for runs in the morning to exercise. This helps her feel better about herself as she stays in shape. Shizuku has an amazing body and she wants to keep in shape by exercising. Today she is out for a run and getting all sweaty but it seems she has twisted her ankle and might need some help.
